Fork

50hr Fork Service

Lower Service

Recommended every 50 hours or annually.

Included:

Condition inspection, clean lower leg assembly, assess bushings for appropriate tension. Replace dust seals, foam rings, O-Rings, and bath oil. Recharge air spring, general function test.

Rear Shock

50hr Shock Service

Air Can Service

Recommended every 50 hours or annually.

Included:

Condition inspection, deconstruct air can assembly, assess seals and bushings for wear, clean and replace wiper seals, air can seals, o-rings and oil. Recharge air can and full function test. Test for air loss.

Dropper Post

Dropper Post Service

Strip & Rebuild

Recommended every 50 hours or annually.

Included:

Condition inspection, clean stanchion, dust seal and actuator, replace inner cable and housing OR bleed hydraulic system, lubricate stanchion & replace seals. Final assembly and full function test.

Suspension Linkage

Suspension Linkage Teardown - $150-$220*

Servicing your linkage is an important step in keeping your bike in top condition. Dirt and grit will work its way into bearings effectively destroying them.

What's included?

-Full teardown of linkage system

-Remove all linkage bearings and bushings

-Clean all components

-Replace waterproof grease inside sealed bearings

-Replace worn bushes or bearings (extra parts cost if required)

-Re-assemble, Torque to spec and test ride


Reccomended frequency:

Recommended for suspension frames every 1-2 years depending on the pivot system and ride conditions (more wet and mud riding requires this more often).
